Thomas Finn answers all service calls immediately. Our expertise is in BUR(built-up roofing), but we also have knowledge and ability for the following roof types:
Pitch pans, curbs, roof jacks, roof vents, roof stands Our work is of the highest quality. We issue a warranty for all replaced roofs, not only for the manufacturer such as Firestone or JohnsManville as well as a 10 year warranty from Thomas Finn Company. We are fully insured and bonded.* We have also installed Garland Roofing products.
As far as “Going Green” Thomas Finn has always been green. When on a job all recyclable materials are carefully removed and stored for future use. Insulation, gravel, pavers, EPDM, the list is endless. Sheet metal is always recycled.
The office uses recycled paper, folders and 3-ring binders, whenever possible. All required paperwork is expedited beyond belief. The last thing our customers want to worry about is chasing down paperwork to do the job. Any form of payment is accepted. Thomas Finn will accept your credit card as well as personal check. We never have a problem getting paid. Our customers are satisfied at all cost.
We are qualified to remove asbestos, and have all certification to remove and dispose of asbestos properly. Records are diligently kept on any job containing asbestos.
Thomas Finn has never had an OSHA violation. We regularly conduct safety training and Toolbox Safety meetings on every job as often as possible.
Sales manager is Gregory J. Walsh. His bids are right on the money. If he cannot give you the price you want, there are always options to cut costs. He can figure a job to fit the needs of the customer and not go over budget. We work well with insurance companies.(see Ref for St. Casimir) Contracts are always completed on time. We have never had to pay Liquidated Damages while completing a contract. |
